This is the only polish I really wanted from Essie's Mirror Metallic collection. I have something similar to all of the others, but I thought a copper colored polish could be useful if it's stamp-able.
Here are some swatches, and then later a look I created utilizing it as a stamping polish.
Here I painted 2 coats like normal, then I used my previously mentioned method of sponging on the final coat. This helps to even out any noticeable brushstrokes.
So here I painted my nails with Zoya Skylar then stamped just one accent nail using an image from M.A.S.H. 44.
This image makes me think of those Caesar leaf headband things....

très jolies manucures, j'adore
ReplyDeleteYour stamping looks great over Zoya Skylar, its a good color combo.
ReplyDeleteOhhh i love the stamping. The gold leaves are pretty. I still haven't mastered my konad!
ReplyDeleteI almost picked up Penny Talk...now I need to go back and get it!
ReplyDeletePenny Talks is the one that is always sold out on all the displays I have seen of this collection...surprised me as I would have thought the lavender and the blue ones would have been the hot tickets in this collection...but folks are liking the copper. I have some older coppers - my fav is from an old holiday collection by OPI - but I think if I could find this Essie I would pick it up.
ReplyDeleteHoly Cow-I love this look! Must look for that Essie color! Your stamping mania are all Amazing...thanks!
ReplyDeleteThose two colors together.. are GORGEOUS. That is a perfect combo and I might have to get Penny Talk just to try it.
ReplyDeletenice! this is the only color i wanted and got from this collection also and i am thrilled to know it stamps so well as thats what i usually get metallics for!
ReplyDeleteI love the Caesar headband, it's really nice. Kisses
ReplyDeleteDo you like the formula? I found they were kinda hard to work with....
