Wow, this one was a tough one! And it's technically not a "tribal print." But I'm sure you don't mind, right? ;)
The Lost Boys from Neverland that stay with Peter Pan. Have you ever realized that there are no "lost girls?" Peter explains that this is because girls are much too clever to get lost. Lol.
Background is Zoya Jules, all else is acrylic paints.
I liked them best with a matte topcoat.
But this is with a glossy topcoat.
Tutorial pics after a jump
2 coats of Zoya Jules
Acrylic paint
2 coats of Seche Vite
What do you think of these guys? Do they fit a tribal theme?

I think they totally fit the tribal theme! And Zoya Jules looks awesome, I just received it in the mail two days ago! Your nail art is awesome.
ReplyDeleteVery well done, great work :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so much better than "ordinary" tribal patterns :)
ReplyDeleteThis is AMAZING!!! I LOVE I LOVE I LOVE!!!
ReplyDeleteand I want that too :-D
By the way, the lost boys are most definitely a tribe and so it works great for a tribal challenge IMO
Ha I love this!
ReplyDeleteDo you use regular acrylic paint on your nails?
ReplyDeleteI sure do! It's safe to use on natural nails. It can last nearly as long as nail polish when you sandwich it between a base of nail polish and a thick clear top coat.
DeleteThat is awesome! And totally genious, if I might add!
DeleteOMG!!!! This is so awesome!!! Such a unique take on the "tribal" nail =) Amazing nail art skills, as always!
ReplyDeleteThey're so cute! Very impressed at how you came up with this for tribal nails, haha.
ReplyDeletebrilliant! and very clever
ReplyDeleteAgain - you have so impressed me with your characters you draw - and on your nails to boot! I have been a fan of Jules since it came out - it's just a great shade - has 'suff' and is not bland at all which this shade could be. Zoya did Jules right.
ReplyDeleteOMG, I love this so much! It's is just made so perfectly! And the matte top coat makes it look so much better.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love how this is made under the Tribal part of the challenge! :)
