I never would have thought of putting the special effects over Life Preserver! I adore LP and have it stuck in my mind as a great orangy that is so different than any orange I have, and think of it as something I want to showcase with a shinny topper and leave it alone to shine. Very inventive. bTW this is another CG shade that hit the Sally wall coming from the Anchors Away collection of spring 2011.
