This was a reject manicure from the Blogger Challenge Pink Week. I rarely water marble because I'm not very good at it. I'm not too thrilled with how it turned out which is why I didn't feature it during the Pink Week. But what the hell? I'll show you now. I used China Glaze Laced Up, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Bubblegum Pink, and China Glaze Fairy Dust. (My base polish was Laced Up, so that's why the Fairy Dust is just sparkly over hot pink.)
It's just bleh in my eyes. Maybe part of the problem is that it's just too much pink. I might like it more with another color mixed in.
I think these are fantastic! They look amazing!
ReplyDeleteI don't think this is bad, just not as contrasting as some others. Everything gets better with practice!
ReplyDeleteThey are cute! But it is alot of pink!:)
ReplyDeleteI love this one....I don't think it's a reject at all!
ReplyDeleteI think you are too critical- this is marbling perfection to me! I absolutely love it :-)
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great! I do think that the problem is that it's too much pink, but the water marble itself is really good!
ReplyDeletepretty:D
ReplyDeleteWhatever!!! I think it looks great. I love the colors. Sometimes marbling looks too wacky. This is just right!
ReplyDeleteI think they look great. I like the fact that the marbling colors are not so different than the base color. It gives it a softer pretty look. "Reject" would be the last word to come to my mind.
ReplyDeleteI think it looks cute! You should try a very opaque black and a bright red! My boyfriend had even complimented me on that one lol.
ReplyDeleteThis turned out way better than any water marbles I've tried! :) lovely!
ReplyDeleteIt's very 70's style. Nice. Regards
