I love the intense shimmer. This was an easy 2 coats, but could have gotten away with just one.
It stamps good over light colors, but only the shimmer is visible over dark colors.
I wore it with a lime green pencil skirt and this gorgeous peacock ring I got from Forever 21 earlier this week. Enjoy!
