Sweet Pastels

I had these little glitter flower shapes on hand so I thought I'd give it a go with an accent nail. Zoya Marley
They flash all sorts of colors, very cute.
I started with a line of topcoat going down the middle of my nail and placed the flowers one by one. Then I moved on either side of that line following the same pattern. I tried to make them interlock a bit so the pattern was continuous & the whole nail was covered.
This is the containers of the glitter shapes. I got them for $1 each when I made that last haul at Big Lots when I got Revlon Perplex. There are flowers, hearts, and stars. Funny story.... No, I haven't been star crazy and put them on everything to use them up that fast.... I went to pick up the container to move into my light box before this pic. The top stayed in my hand and the bottom piece went flying across the room dumping iridescent stars all over my rug. It looked like a fairy had crash landed! So in the end, note to self, the top does not lock into place on these.... Lol
I wasn't able to seal them entirely with topcoat. There were still bumps here and there that would snag on things, so this look didn't stay on long.
