Need a tissue?

This was inspired by some cute tissue paper that I happened to pick up. I thought I'd imitate it on my nails.
(this was right before I felt they were too long and filed 'em down)

  16. What did you use to get those dots? I tried using a toothpick but it never works out for me.

  17. @ cynthia - I never had success with toothpicks either. It never gave me perfect dots. I used a set of dotting tools I got off of Ebay. They are really inexpensive and have different sizes which is how I got the different sized polka dots.
