This is a super girly crazy amped up lace design. I would most likely never wear this for a regular day. It's just not practical for my lifestyle. It was inspired by a theme I was working on at the time.... more on that later.
I figured I would show you guys in case someone might enjoy it. :)
It kind of includes it all.... stamping, rhinestones, decals, and the kitchen sink.
Let me know what you think. Does it remind you of anything in particular? Or what is your impression of it?
P.S. The reason I was MIA earlier today was that I was working my butt off! My coworker that is getting married with the zebra print and hot pink wedding? Remember her? Well, her wedding is tomorrow and I offered to do her mani or pedi as a wedding gift. I showed her the design I had come up with and she loved it! I first offered it to just her and her bridal party. She later got in touch with me and said it would be 8 ppl getting pedi's and two of the girls wanted manis! Jeez! So my sis was kind enough to be my assistant and we got all 10 things done in 3 1/2 hours, I think.... dry time was a headache. And it was unbearably hot in her house, it made the polish all thick, goopy, and gross.... In the end, they all looked lovely and made it off to the rehearsal dinner on time. My sis and I left with a pain in our necks and backs, and polish all over our hands and nails! Although we were happy to help her out and make her day that much more special. :)

Why is it that the prettiest manicures are so impractical? This manicure s stunning! I love it all! That was so sweet of you to do the whole wedding party's nails!
ReplyDeleteooohhhhh sooo pretty!! I love it!!!
ReplyDeletelovely! i need that little bow stamp to use it the same way you did, without the lines.
ReplyDeletethat will be the next konad plate i get!
love this design! i stared at the giant photo for a while to take it all in, haha
and i was wondering where you were earlier actually, and im happy to hear you were off doing something nice! hehe. i bet they all loved it!
oh pretty! i love the pinky/middle and ring. what stamping plate did you use?
ReplyDeleteCrazy lace is the right name for this mani lol but it's soooo cute!!
ReplyDeleteI really like this. Very sweet of you to offer doing their nails. Did you take any pics?! I'd live to see them!
ReplyDelete@ KatemyMate- stamp is Konad m57, fishnet pattern. The ring just has a lace decal sticker over the top. :)
ReplyDelete@ BeautyAddict- we tried to take some pics but none turned out! :( There were all too dark and we were in too big of a hurry :( There were all done like I had in my Zebra Print Toes post. The bride was white with black zebra stamp all over the toes with a ChG Limbo Bimbo tip, while the rest of the party was Limbo Bimbo all over with white tips and black zebra stripes with a striping brush.
@everyone else - Thanks so much! :))
They are gorgeous! Lacy, with a steampunk sort of vibe to it...and I love SP!
