99 Balloons

They're not red balloons, and I technically didn't count them to verify if it was actually 99... but whatever.
I was going for a look similar to my Pastel Bubbles, but with neons. It ended up reminding me of that movie "Up" with the little old guy whose house flys with balloons. Or it kind of looks like a bubblegum ball machine.
So then I wanted to see what it would look like with various crackle colors on top.
I took the pinky out because I used my CoverGirl Crackle on it and I didn't shake it enough... it never crackled. Lol

I really like the middle finger! That was using China Glaze Black Mesh.

  10. at first i was kind of mad at the shatter because you did such a great job with the dots, but in the end, this turned out AWESOME! I love the shatter over the different colors.

  12. answering your comment on my blog here so you'll get it in your inbox - yes it can take that long to get stuff! that's pretty normal for stuff from china. 3-4 weeks, sometimes 5 or 6! i've waited 2 months for stuff before, but i've never NOT received something.
