Blue Skies

I used the following:

• 1 coat of OPI's Nail Envy base coat
• 2 coats of Pure Ice's "Platinum"
• Long after that dried, I used hole reinforcers to mask off the moons.
• 2 coats of Hard Candy's "Sky" then removed reinforcers.
• Applied China Glaze's "Millenium" with a dotting tool along the moon.

I like the look because the darker shade of silver looks like a string of pearls along the dividing line.
